Clear and Simple Fees
Every farewell is personal, and I’m here to help you create a ceremony that feels right for your family. My fees are clear and include a planning meeting, a fully personalised ceremony, support from our first conversation through to the day itself and a presentation copy to keep.
Travel & Mileage
I’m based in North Tyneside and I usually work across Newcastle and South East Northumberland — including places such as Whitley Bay, Tynemouth, Cramlington, Blyth and surrounding areas. I’m always happy to travel further if needed.
There is no additional travel charge for ceremonies or meetings in North Tyneside, Whitley Bay, Tynemouth, Cramlington, Seaton Sluice, Seaton Delaval, Blyth or Newcastle.
These areas are already covered within my fee.
For locations outside these areas, mileage is charged at 45p per mile for the round trip.
I’ll always discuss and agree any additional travel costs with you in advance.

Funeral Ceremony - From £260
A personal ceremony that honours your loved one’s life. Includes planning, writing and leading the ceremony, help with music and readings, and liaison with your funeral director.
Scattering of Ashes From £120
Free if I lead the funeral ceremony.
A peaceful farewell in a place that held special meaning. Includes personalised words, gentle guidance, and help choosing readings or symbolic gestures.
Memorial Service - From £260
A meaningful gathering held at a time and place that suits you, including your home, a hall, a garden or somewhere special. Includes planning, writing and leading the service, with help shaping the tone and structure.
Pre-Planning Conversations - From £200
A relaxed conversation to record what matters to you and make things easier for those you love. This is not a funeral plan. It includes a 60–90 minute conversation and a written Wishes & Reflections document.
Service After a Direct Cremation From £250
A gentle ceremony for families to remember, reflect and say goodbye after a direct cremation. Includes planning, writing and leading the ceremony, plus help choosing readings, music and personal touches.
